Legal Services of Northern Virginia

LSNV is the largest legal aid organization in Northern Virginia. They partner closely with other legal aid organizations, state and local bar associations, as well as the courts to serve the region’s low-income and neediest populations. We provide services regarding: Consumer Law, Elder Law, Family Law, Housing Law, Public Benefits, Child Advocacy & Education Law, Veterans Law Project, and Support for Re-Entry and Return to Communities. To determine whether we can help you, we must screen you for eligibility. You can apply online or call 703-778-6800 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and from 1:30 pm. to 3:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday.

Just Neighbors

The mission of Just Neighbors is to provide immigration legal services to low-income immigrants and refugees of all faiths and nationalities. In order to qualify for services with Just Neighbors, you must be a resident of Virginia, D.C. or Maryland and earn 200% or less of the federal poverty guidelines. To request help, call 703-979-1240 on Tuesday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
