Services include immunizations, pregnancy testing, maternity services, refugee health screening, STI testing, TB testing, speech and hearing services, and WIC services. They also screen pregnant residents to determine if they meet the criteria for maternity services provided through a partnership with INOVA Cares Clinic for Women. Services are by appointment only. Neighborhood Health

Neighborhood Health provides accessible, high quality, and patient-centered primary care to patients in Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax County. They provide family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics as well as dental care, behavioral health, laboratory services, pharmacy assistance, HIV care, diabetes education, and medical and non-medical case management.
For patients who make less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), Neighborhood Health has a Sliding Fee Discount Scale. The Sliding Fee Discount Scale is for patients without health insurance and those with health insurance who have high copays and deductibles. To make an appointment call 703-535-5568.

ICCW provides Prenatal and Gynecologic Care for women who are uninsured, have Virginia Medicaid or are low-income patients up to 400% of the
Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPL)
The clinics provide comprehensive outpatient obstetrical services and gynecological care as well as non-stress testing, LEEP and colposcopy procedures at little to no cost to the patient. We also offer specialty gynecological care, including maternal fetal medicine, Gyn/Onc and Uro/Gyn services.
Additionally, ICCW provides support services including: radiology, laboratory, genetic testing, diabetes management, case management, social work, family planning and nutritional counseling.
